Brief Answer:
2 possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of 2 possible causes.
1. you may be developing recurrent low sugars. Because of the low sugars , you may need to keep a watch on sugars by glucometer. High Hba1c however seems to be against this possibility.
2. there may be a possible low vitamin D. it's very common in diabetic people. and easy to replace. so you can try either options.
Best of luck.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
