Suggest Treatment For Diabetes

My name is XXXXXXX Am an XXXXXXX Last couple of days I have been in XXXXXXX OH USA on official tour. i am diabetic-1. i have been taking one tablet of Glyree M1 half an hour before lunch in the morning & one tablet of Melmet SR500 half an hour before dinner.
My stay in the US is getting extended and Unfortunately I don't have any more tablets to consume now.
So, could you please suggest any substitute for the above mentioned medicine which i can get them from here.

It is unlikely you have type 1 diabetes because in that case you would have needed mostly insulin.
Anyhow, I see you are asking for substitutes of Glyree M1 and Melmet SR 500.
To the best of my knowledge there is no equivalent of Glyree M1 in USA. You can take separate components though ie Glimepiride 1 mg and Metformin 500 mg
Melmet SR is also available in the USA as Metformin Extended release 500 mg.
The only catch is that you will need a prescription for these in USA. In XXXXXXX you cannot get prescription medication over the counter. So you will need to find doctor who may be able to oblige you
