Hello and welcome to HCM
The two drugs- Krimson 35 and Melmet are used for polycystic ovarian disease.
Krimson 35 is a combination of cyproterone acetate and ethynloestradiol.
The action of krimson 35 is to prevent acne which are caused by excessive androgenic action. It also has progesterone like action.
Headache, nausea, vomiting, gastric upset, depressive symptoms and change in libidobreast tenderness are known side effects of this drug.
Metformin is also known to cause gastrointestinal upset.
Continue the drugs. The symptoms will take some time to disappear.
If the symptoms remain for long then consult your treating doctor to adjust the dose.
Thanks and take care
