Thanks Doctor for your advice. I have started taking the medicines. It has been 3 days, still diarrhea has not reduced. I dont feel hungry at all. If I eat anything like tea or biscuit as well it pains / cramps and then urges for washroom.
I am worried. Would this be alright if I complete the course of medicines. Please confirm what should be my diet.

Thanks Doctor,
I am continuing with the diet with yogurt. I haven't taken stool test yet. I just ate little idli today with sambhar. It is kind of giving me burps and and bloated feeling. Some feeling inside my stomach.
I am scared if that is cancer kind of ... 2 more days of medicine. My gastroenterologist had told me that I have IBS. I did go for endoscopy and colonoscopy 2 years ago and it was fine then. Doctor gave me medicine and I was fine.
I am taking care of my diet however I understand that I lack exercise. Please advice for the bloated feeling and burps.
