Hi Welcome to Health care magic forum. The baby is of age 4 years, and had fever, so used antibiotic, the pain abdomen and loose motions could be due to fever and infection of intestines, or the antibiotic which usually will cause them. Cyclopam 1/2 tablet may be over dose for a 4 year child. I usually prescribe ofloxacin syrup, dicyclomine syrup, and lactic acid bacilli. Give more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and protein rich foods, to develop the resistance. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
