Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1.Your symptoms may be related with
- gut bacterial misbalance
- pancreatic /gallbladder issues
2. If I were your treating doctor I would recommend to do :
- abdominal ultrasound
- fecal test for malabsorbtion
- fecal culture test
3.Meantime I would suggest to :
- use plenty of water
- use probiotics
- use PPI'S like prilosec
- avoid fatty and spicy foods.
To avoid pain you can use pain killers or antispasmodic drugs.
Hope it was helpful to you!
