Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Severe Vomiting

Question: My Son, 22, has had stomach issues off and for we believe years. Of late (last 2 years) the issues have become severe, vomiting and diarrhea with small traces of blood. It is so debilitating, he has to stay near a bathroom. It occurs 1 -3 times per month and can last 1 -2 days. He has had colonoscopy, CT enterography, blood test for allergies (glutin, etc.) - all tests are negative, in that nothing shows up. He has does appear to have a high level of anxiety. suggestions?
