Question: Having loose motions and stomach ache with bloated stomach and acidity.
taking metrogyl 400. Which antacid to take along with it.

Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day half hour prior to meal

Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
The symptoms sound like gastroenteritis.
And I would agree with the choice of antibiotics.
As for Antacid, I would suggest a PPI.
So, Take Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day half hour prior to meals in the morning. A tab of ranitidine may help is the gastritis persists during the day.
