Brief Answer:
Need motility agents and antacids and stool analysis and other workup

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if it's either acid peptic disease or inflammatory bowel syndrome but the age of onset favor acid peptic disease. Other causes of chronic diarrhea like celiac or infective causes should also be ruled out on stool analysis and celiac antibodies like antiTTG etc. and to decide whether to use antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or metronidazole if needed or infective etiology is more favored. Meanwhile using antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole before meals for symptomatic relief and mebeverine or itapride may help to regulate the gastric motility as well reduce bloating.

Dietary restrictions like avoiding heavy, greasy or oily foods and fizzy drinks as well avoiding dairy products for few days and decreasing wheat products for few days to monitor the response can be followed. Using ispaghol husk or other dietary fibre may help. You can continue probiotics alongwith that.

Meanwhile keep an eye on vitamin D, and other essential vitamin defficiencies or electrolytes imbalance due to chronic water or salt loss by doing levels of both from time to time and using oral rehydration salts is preferred.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards. .
