Brief Answer:
Enteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for the query.
It is an inflammation of the intestine, either due to an infection which is often viral or due to an allergic reaction to what you ate. If there is fever and /or blood in the stools, it is likely to be a bacterial infection in which case you would require an antibiotic.
Since you are not vomiting you should take plenty of oral rehydation solution so that you do not become dehydrated. You may continue to take Imodium upto 3 times a day depending on the need. If it is not a bacterial infection, you would be fine in a day or two. If not it is better to see a doctor, have yourself examined and investigated and have the proper treatment. If you are vomiting or becoming worse, it is better to go to the ER.
Take Care,
