Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Stomach Ache, Headache And Blurred Vision
Question: Been fighting an upset tummy for several days, headache and having a lot of soft bowel movements. Now my vision is blurry, should I see a dr? Stayed home today because I felt bad and weak. Can't drink coffee either because it hurts my stomach

I am not so concerned about the loose stools as that may be a passing virus.
I am concerned about the blurred vision, but this may be a side effect of the Theraflu.
Theraflu contains diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and phenylephrine and these might be causing the blurred vision. Diphenhydramine in particular can cause blurry vision - this is a known side effect.
I would recommend discontinuing the Theraflu anyway as that is for upper respiratory symptoms, not gastrointestinal symptoms.
I would also suggest switching from Advil to Tylenol/acetaminphen for the headache, as Advil can be irritating to the stomach lining.
If the blurred vision does not go away or worsens even after discontinuing the Theraflu, then do go in to see your doctor or to an urgent care clinic.
The Theraflu stays in your system for 6 - 12 hours, so you can watch to see if the blurred vision doesn't get better after that.
Also, if the headache is severe or worsens, then do go in to be seen.
