Question: I am suffering from Stomach pain and loose motion, when I consulted doctor he prescribed me to take oflox oz and dolopar. It been one day and now i feeling very much headache and head spinning... Also feeling some vomit sensation

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

I would advise that in addition to Oflox-Oz, you are taking, , youshould take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.
A probiotic once a day will be beneficial.
Abdominal pain due to gastrointestinal tract infections is usually spasmodic and can be relieved by Dicyclomine.

You should also take care of your hydration. Drinking re hydrating fluids will help in maintaining electrolyte balance in your body.

Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
