Question: Having loose motion since yesterday night, i took ELDOPER and PAN D Its watery and feeling weakness Total 12 times i have gone in 12 hours

Brief Answer: you may need antibiotics Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Sorry about your current health state. Loose stools for 12 times in 12 hours in concerning. Did you vomit as well? Are you running fever? In my view, it seems like acute gastroenteritis. You may need antibiotics too. I usually prescribe my patients a 3 days course of Tablet Norflox TZ. This would cure the infection. Maintaining adequate hydration is important. Hence, do drink ORS or Electral water every hour, along with tender coconut water and butter milk. I also suggest you to take probiotics like Tablet Spolac thrice daily for a week to replenish the intestinal flora. Get well soon.
