Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

Question: Hello Doctor, My 2 year old daughter is having motions which is frequent since 2 days. We were travelling for 2 days and since then she is having motions which is 3-4 times a day and little in quantity. It is not loose motions though. It has little foul smell as well. I gave her zeegut sachets for 2 days and gave her darolac today. still no improvment.Please suggest any medication for immediate relief for her. Her weight is 15 kgs.Also suggest her food during her recovery.

Continue with darolac XXXXXXX Give ors in case of loose stools. Give lemonade,coconut water,banana,boiled potato,curd,rice porridge. Watch for feature of dehydration like decrease urine output/lethargy/refusal of feed and in case you observe any get her evaluated by pediatrician. Hope I have answered your query. Thanks doctor. Her motions are still continuing like 4-5 times a day, but not loose motions though. She is eating fruits, but not eating much. Please advise how much shld be the dosage of darolac and how long should I continue.
