Brief Answer:
Dehydration.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. From the details you provide, the most likely cause for your dizziness is dehydration due to the diarrhoea. In most instances diarrhoea is caused by a virus and is self-limiting. Therefore, it should settle soon.
I suggest you drink at least 2 liters of fluid per day. Some of this fluid should be electrolyte replacement. Eat an easily digestable diet. Continue with the Imodium.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Brief Answer:
Check potassium.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the further information. Your persistent dizziness may be due to low potassium which can be caused by extreme diarrhoea.
A blood test would help confirm this. Try some foods rich in potassium such as spinach, baked potatoes and bananas.
I hope this helps,
