Brief Answer:
Adenoidectomy
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Adenoidectomy is a fairly simple procedure especially done by an expert and should be done in general anesthesia.
The method of direct curettage and removal is the most commonly used and the best provided you make sure the surgeon also uses an endoscope to confirm the complete removal of adenoids.
The rest period is around five days and after recovery I am sure your son will have a good quality of life improvement after the surgery
My earnest advice is that you must go for the surgery as soon as possible and if you need further advice you can always get back to me
