Brief Answer:
primary infertility

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
Please get a hormonal profile done with fish, lh, serum progesterone, thyroid profile , prolactin levels + Ultrasound pelvis for ruling out PCOS.
Also important would be your husband's semen analysis report.

Brief Answer:
Ovulation induction and IUI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The best way would be ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination. you should be placed on folic acid, myoinositol tabs and should started on clomid tab 75mg from day 2 to day 7 of cycle and then IUI should be performed once ovulation occurs which can be tracked with either ovulation kits or through follicular monitoring from day 7, 11, 15, 18 of the cycles. You may discuss it with your gynecologist and take an informed decision.

Detailed Answer:
No if you are getting regular menses and have been fairly maintaining 3 days of bleed, it is still adequate for endometrial lining to be shed off completely. So its fine.
