Brief Answer:
This could be a simple problem to be cured easily.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Although it needs a clinical assessment of your genitalia to arrive at a conclusion, from your history, it seems to be due to a tight or short frenum on the back side of the foreskin restricting the movement of foreskin on the penis during erection. If that is the case, you might have to go either for a frenoplasy or a circumcision surgery. Both are simple surgeries which could be performed under local infiltration anaesthesia, and you would be cured of your problem.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.

Brief Answer:
Urologist in any of the multispeciality hospital nearby would do the job.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good to hear from you so soon.

The present information what you gave on having pain during sex due to the tight foreskin confirms the diagnosis of a tight/short frenum which is not an infrequent occurrence. Both a general surgeon or a Urologist could do this job. As I presume, there are some multispeciality hospitals in and near XXXXXXX You could take appointment with the urologist in any of these and get it done. Age is of no concern.

Thanks and good luck.

Dr Shareef.
