Brief Answer:
Follow below advice

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for follow up.

From your further information, your current symptoms appear due to following reasons:
-Side effect of medicine: Try to reduce maxgalin dose to 75mg. Continue cipralex in current doses.
-BP fluctuation/Orthostatic hypotension: Monitor your BP in lying, sitting and 5 minute after standing posture.
-Residual anxiety: Continue cipralex. Add yoga or meditation for further improvement.

Please accept my answer and give feedback in case there is no further query and you found reply helpful. In case of doubt, I am here to help you.

Wish you good health.
Regards
