Brief Answer:
One has to exclude cardiac problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good morning (according the time in your region). I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Considering the age factor, if I were your doctor, I would advise you to call the emergency ambulance letting them know your complete history, and that about your sweating. I am not sure if a base line ECG was done for you. If not, it is needed considering your history of sweating without any fever. One has to confirm cardiac wellness and for this you have to attend at an ER of the nearest hospital either by self if you have company with you, or alone by ambulance with the help of ambulance paramedics. The swallowing difficulty could be a co-incidental finding, but it also needs assessment by an ENT specialist. In case you have got a sublingual sorbitrate with you, please suck one tablet till the arrival of the ambulance or the medical team.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
