I'm sending you these photos as requested. These are photos of my right leg. First is the inner side; then outer (2 views) side; and chin. It started a few years back. The outer side first. Then the inner side, above the ankle. I noticed this because of the pain that it gave me. Last, was my chin. There was no pain there. As I keep an eye on my ankle. I noticed it. It was the size of about a nickel at first. Now it to has gotten bigger.
Brief Answer:
Stasis dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It is looking like stasis dermatitis.
It happens due to collection of blood under skin when veins become incompetent.
Try to notice if you have dilated veins on your leg.
Get a Doppler scan of blood vessels of your leg done.
This will be helpful in finding out the incompetent valves.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
