As u can c a dry tight ring is not as bad as sometimes

The images show a discoloration on the glans and you have mentioned that a dry tight ring is present.
These symptoms are not suggestive of any sexually transmitted disease (STD).
However, it would be quite helpful if you could give answers to questions asked previously.
The symptoms probably suggest a primary skin lesion.
So, I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for diagnosing this condition.
