Question: Hello, out of nowhere (not noticed) is me today a spot noticed on the thigh. I have to worry about that?

I have gone through your query and pictures. It is just a patch of skin pigmentation. There is nothing to worry in this. This occurs due to skin cells damage by exposing to sun light or chemicals usually.
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid and vitamin E for this.
