Brief Answer:
Tylex most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting your query,
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.

Tylex can cause dizziness and nausea. You can take Zofran to get relief from nausea.
If dizziness is severe, you can stop the Tylex and continue taking the other medications.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
