I am trying to see a chiropractor but none in my town one viists but is not out again till 24th March and not even sure there are any free appointments yet
it could be from your neck pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
There are many causes of dizziness but it certainly be coming from your cervical spine. I wonder if you have had your carotid arteries checked for obstructions. That could also be a cause. A chiropractor may help but you need to make sure you do not have any blockages in your carotid arteries before seeing a chiropractor.
If the dizziness resolves with relief of your neck pain it is most likely coming from your cervical spine. You could try taking turmeric tablets. it is a natural anti-inflammatory and is easy on your stomach. A prescription muscle relaxer may also be of some benefit. If the MRI of your cervical spine was normal then it is probably coming from your muscles.
Consider also a trial of acupuncture as it is often helpful in relieving headaches and dizziness

any thing else you can suggest
Vitamin C and fish oil
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your follow up.
Glad your carotid arteries are clear. You could try adding fish oil and vitamin C. They are antioxidants and may also help decrease the inflammation in your neck. Exercises for your neck and yoga may also help.
Here's a good site for some helpful neck stretches.

It is always helpful to apply a warm compress to your neck or take a warm shower before doing neck stretches.
