
Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Pain In The Ear

Question: I am scheduled to have a vng test and I am apprehensive about it. I have read on the net it causes really bad dizziness that may not go away for a long time. That the pain in the ear, when they blow the air in, really hurts. Because so many have said they have not recovered from
the dizziness from this test and the pain, I am thinking about not having it...help

people said that the caloric test was terrible and that they didnt recover for days, so I backed out. The test was described to me as very unpleasant. I might reschedule, not sure. I am not dizzy mine is more of an off balance so it might be allergies anyway. Should have had that checked first I guess. But the reviews I read on here about the test concerned me.

I will do what you said here. I do agree. I have sneezing and runny nose alot and brain fog during certain seasons. Thanks so much for your advice.
