Hello doctor, I have a history of nasal allergy and recently had a severe left ear ache 3 days ago. The doc diagnosed it to be a rupture in my eardrum. There was some sort of brownish discharge which he cleaned out vacuum suction and then presribed me the below; 1) Ceftum tablets 0-0-1 2) Diclomol tablets 1-0-1 3) Fexy tablets 0-0-1 4) Flutiflo nasal spray 1-0-1 He then mentioned that there was strictly no use of any kind of ear drops needed or to be used. Almost an hour after the suction, there was a sort of light yellowish discharge mixed with a little blood from my ear which is still on. When consulted today, the doctor has advised me to use Zanocin ear drops. Could you pls advise whether my treatment is on the right track?
