Dear Dr. Panwar,
Well, dizziness occurs more when I suddenly shift a position. (example, working on a laptop for few minutes and the standing up from the position or driving the car from an hour and moving out from the driver seat).
I have also noticed that when I an engrossed in work, I don't realise the effect. It happens to be more on a idle mind and more when I think about it.
Well, another thing to mention - I lead quite a active lifestyle, going gym for 30 mins or walking/jogging for atleast 5 days a week.
It's not vertigo (no rotating symptoms at all), but I would call more as a light headness or basically fatigued.
I don't have diabetes or hypertension, I have got it checked very recently.

Brief Answer:
Apparently, it is anxiety.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
Your statement-"I have also noticed that when I an engrossed in work, I don't realise the effect. It happens to be more on a idle mind and more when I think about it."- is a pointer that the cause of dizziness may be psychological, may be related to anxiety. Though, sudden shifts of position may cause dizziness, but then again that should be accompanied with vertigo- 'Positional vertigo(BPPV)'.
I would suggest you to maintain adequate hydration and to be on a short trial of antianxiety medicines(like clonazepam), which may help indirectly towards the diagnosis.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions here,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Thanks Doctor!
Yes, I have started with some balance related exercises (and some breathing exercises - taking deep breaths) as suggested by a neurotologist few years ago, that had helped earlier.
Regarding the "short trial of antianxiety medicines(like clonazepam),", is it a OTC medicine, can you prescribe the dosage.
Thanks again!

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.
You can start Tab.Lonazep 0.25 mg twice a day for a week. However, IT MUST BE TAKEN UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A PHYSICIAN ONLY. Altenatively, you can first observe if deep breathing exercises/yoga/meditation help you and then come on to medicines.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
