Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

This sounds like a panic or anxiety attack. However, I Will like to know for how long this has been going on, If this is a recent observation, monitor only and see whether it persists. Normally, this should subside after a few hours. If this is not the first episode or has been like this for more than 24hours, I will suggest that he gets evaluated by his primary care doctor.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be. Most importantly, I will appreciate your updates on this.

Brief Answer:
H Should drink much water!

Detailed Answer:
HI,

His blood pressure is low and in the context of diarrhea signals possible dehydration. I will suggest that he increase his fluids intake .A heartbeat of 78 isn’t too much. However, this is low for someone who might be dehydrated and has a low blood pressure.

I will suggest that he drinks much water and take much rest. If this fails to help with this, then I will recommend that he sees a doctor for this.

Thanks and keep me updated!
