Brief Answer:
Your symptoms could be due to two conditions which you are facing

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Extremely sorry to hear about your Meniere's disease, this disease itself can be very debilitating. The dizziness and lethargy could be due to Meniere's, as you have stopped using diuretic. Please take betaserc and this part of the problem will be solved.

Now coming to the liver issue definitely long term diuretic use could have damaged it but since CT scan is ok we can wait. Please increase carbohydrate diet and decrease fat intake. Can try silybon to get your liver back to normalcy give it some time definitely it will heal. Take cleaner drinking water. Avoid making sudden movements or getting up quickly.

Hope this helps Best wishes

Lastly concerning the silybon do i need a perscription from my ent for that as well as the betaserc? Sorry one more question concerning the high levels of billyreubon, do you think it is derived from the long term diuretic I have been on for approx 15 years? Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Answers to your questions are as follows

Detailed Answer:
First of all yes please stop all the diruretics for the time being and start betaserc it can be taken over the counter

Many excercises can also helpto reduce your dizziness they are called labrynthine excercises please learn them through a physiotherapist.

Avoid sudden jerky movements of your head and.neck it will definitely control your episodes of dizziness.

Silybon would need a prescription and your high bilirubin levels could be due to long term.diuretic use.

Hope this helps
