Brief Answer:
Your father's haemoglobin is above the normal range and so is his B-12

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to HCM,
Your father's haemoglobin is above the normal range and so is his B-12.Both are not good. Hope he is not on any supplementation containing iron.
If there are no contraindications like high blood pressure or serious infections, he should donate blood.
If he is on any B-Complex, he must stop it.
Now as I see it, his primary problem is acidity. He must be put on a vegetarian, non-spicy, non sour diet. Give him a green juice everyday--coriander, mint, cabbage, raw potato, cucumber.
Put him on Omeprazole 20 for three months.
Please revert back.
Regards

Hi XXXXXXX I have seen all reports. Please follow up his haemogram every six months.
I would like to suggest---for his problem--
Please give him Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day and Pre-gaba 75 once a day for 15 days and see if burning reduces. You can also try Amitryptaline 10 mg once at night. You can revert back.

Brief Answer:
as indicated in my previous answer, I have been through all the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
as indicated in my previous answer, I have been through all the reports.

There is no evidence of Polycyathemia which they were looking for after seeing high haemoglobin. There are no abnormal cells.
Endoscopy, serum electrolytes and other reports are also normal.
You can follow the advise I have already given--
Please give him Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day and Pre-gaba 75 once a day for 15 days and see if burning reduces. You can also try Amitryptaline 10 mg once at night.

Warm regards.
