Suggest Treatment For Dizziness With Stomach Pain And Constipation

Question: Since a week or so, my wife has been experience giddiness/dizziness which lasts for an hour or so and then goes away. She also experienced stomach pain and constipation symptoms. Could the dizziness be because of acidity or should I immediately get a CT scan of my head and brain done? She is 31 years old. Please advice if CT scan needs to be done immediately or should I first take some medication for resolving my stomach problems and then take a call. Thank you!
