Suggest Treatment For Dizziness
Read below.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
What you describe is somewhat nonspecific meaning there could be several causes to it.
As you suggest brain lesions can be associated with such feeling. However it is rarely alone, usually there are other manifestations such as weakness or numbness on one side, speech problems, visual symptoms, balance and coordination issues etc. So while possible I wouldn't put it at the top of the list of possibilities. If some of the symptoms I mentioned though are present then you should get checked urgently for the possibility of stroke.
One common possibility may be blood pressure alterations, both low and high blood pressure can justify your state. So a blood pressure measurement is necessary, if on the low side try to stay well hydrated, if high medication may be needed.
Another possibility to be looked at is a metabolic issue such as blood glucose, liver and kidney function or electrolyte levels alterations. Anemia or some infections can also be a cause. So if blood pressure abnormalities are ruled out and issue persists over the following days then some routine blood tests such as blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, c reactive protein, blood glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolytes should be done, they are cheap routine tests to screen for infection, inflammation, anemia and metabolic changes.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
