Suggest Treatment For Downward Curvature Of Penis

Question: HI , i have conginatila downward penis and when my penis is not erected , there is a muscle bump kind of on my penis , which causes curvation . Do you know any way to melt that bump ? or any other way except surgery to get rid of that downward curved penis ?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have curvature of penis downwards since birth.

I shall be happy if you can upload photograph of your penis in normal position and on erection and post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is opening of Urethra in normal position (At the tip of penis )?
2) Do you have normal foreskin which can be retracted completely over glans penis?
3) Are you married and does it hinder you to penetrate vagina during sexual intercourse ?

If it is from birth it may be due to disparity between Tunica Albugenia on dorsal and ventral side causing curvature of penis .

In such a situation it has to be corrected by surgery only.Unfortunately there are no other means to correct it.

I just added two photos one is not erected and other is erected . I am using penis extender device for 10 days and using some cream for exercising and trying to enlarge bottom side of penis and if it gets enlarged , i think problem will be solved but what do you think does it work ? Or if it can be corrected doing exercise , what tools or creams or pills i should use .. ThANKS

Thanks for uploading photographs ,No doubt that you have penile curvature pointing downwards .

It seems to be due to disparity of Tunica Albugenia between dorsal and ventral aspect of penis..

It will not get corrected by any medication oil,cream ,exercise or device like penile extender
The only treatment option is to get corrected by surgery which consists of shortening the Tunica Albugenia on dorsal side by a procedure called Plication .This will give 100 % results and make the penis straight.

Please consult qualified Urologist for further treatment.

Please do not attempt any of these methods as there are no chances of getting positive results .

So the purpose of Plication is basically they are placing correction sutures in to penis dorsal , right ? , so is that suture will stay there all the time ? and is this is a safe method ?

Thanks for follow up.Plication is the only surgical treatment that is advised for this problem.The suture remains in penis for life long but it is harmful and can not be noticed at all as it is beneath the skin.
