I have received the attached images.
I could appreciate erythematous plaque at the nape of neck.
It looks like seborrhoeic dermatitis to me.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical steroid like halobetasone lotion on scalp over affected area and mometasone cream on neck patches.
Anti dandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole or cetrimide also helps.
Avoid hair oil application.
Visit your doctor as you would need a prescription for the same.
