Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Sinusitis

Question: Our family appears to have same symptoms of sinusitis,is it contagious? Is a dry cough or a set cough more productive?

Sinusitis is not contagious but one person can always spread germs to the other. So avoid direct contact with an infected person during an acute infection.
Wet cough is productive in nature because mucous is formed in excess and coughing occurs to clear it off. Thick infected mucous is infectious too.
