Brief Answer:
Please do the following tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern.

According to the history if you were my patient to find the cause of cough i would recommend you the following:

Chest x ray
CRP
Hemogram
Pneumoalergens
Culture of a sample of the throat
ASO

The above tests are mainly related with lung diseases which may cause the cough and with allergy situation too.And the last two for examining the fungus and bacterial status of the throat.

After having the results if they come positive your doctor probably will prescribe you the proper treatment according to them.

If they are negative than you might have a gastric reflux causing dry cough and for this you can take (Refluxend once) .

Please talk with your doctor for the above or you can attach me the results and i am here to help you again

I wish you good health
