Brief Answer:
she may need inhalation therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I'am Dr Suresh K Yadav MD (paediatrics), I had gone through your question and understand your concerns,

Mild eosinophilia may be well explained by allergic cough , chances of which are more if there is family history of allergy . She can be given inhalation therapy including bronchodilators and inhalation steroids ( if required). If there is response to inhalation therapy , she might need long term prophylactic therapy . You can discuss this with your doctor. As these are all prescriptional medicines and need proper evaluation before starting , you need to discuss with your doctor.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions

Take care.
