I am 5 ft n 125lbs
I have no neck fat
I have never smoked. I never even tried it.
I also want to mention that when I am doing some excersise like alternating punches in front of me I feel like I can't breath. But then when I go back to standin straight with me head high I am better. I do have a hard time breathing at high altidude. Hope this helps

Brief Answer:
Better to get done PFT.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
We need to rule out bronchitis in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
If PFT is normal then no need to worry for your symptoms.
Hope I have solved your query.
