Brief Answer:
Viral or allergic bronchitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the attached reports.
As per your description and the reports, your daughter might be having allergic or viral bronchitis.
But there is nothing major like pneumonia or chest congestion to worry in your daughter's case.

This may last even a month but will settle down eventually.

If your child doesn't have other symptoms like fever or wheezing or breathing difficulties, you can follow your doctors advice. The dry cough might take a week more to settle.
But if there are other symptoms then you need to consult your pediatrician to get her thoroughly examined. She might require nebulisations if wheezing is present on examination.
If fever is present discuss about swine flu testing with your doctor.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Wishing your daughter good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
