Question: I have a dry heaving cough with very little flem.. iget the urge to cough when i exhale

Viral infections quite common and it is likely that you have one of those. You need to take steam inhalation. Water in form of vapor should reach deep inside and should help in diluting the cough and would thus provide relief.. You also need to take some antiallergic tablets like cetirizine once daily for the next few days. If you are a smoker, you need to abstain from it as it causes damage to the respiratory tracts leading to such dry coughs.
