Brief Answer:
Can be a muscle pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A mild to moderate pain in the left breast in post menopausal age group can be a muscular pain or due to any breast lump. If the pain is getting aggravated by any specific movement then it is more likely to be a muscular pain.
She can take a mild pain killer, do a hot compress and take evening primrose oil supplements and see if it helps. In case the pain is persistent then it is best to get it examined by her gynecologist.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
