Question: Hi

I get a dull acheing pain in my shoulder bythe top of front left chest. Could this be chest related. My throat has been burning

I have gone through the details provided. It could be occuring due to acid reflux and but is unlikely to be related to cardiac cause (if that is what you mean by chest cause). You would need careful clinical examination to confirm that it is nothing serious and I would suggest you to visit a doctor without delay. In the meantime taking prilosec (omeprazole) should be helpful.

I seen today it was fine but now the dull ache in the same place has started i have not had any medication. Do you think this pain is heart related

I have already mentioned that I think it to be due to acid reflux. If in confusion you can definitely get a EKG and a cardiac checkup done.
