Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain In The Lower Abdominal Area
Question: I am experiencing light vaginally bleeding and constantly feel like I have to urinate. I have a dull pain in my lower abdomen on both sides. I am in menopause. No period in approximately 13 months. I am 54 years old.
Brief Answer:
Consult an OBGYN
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding after menopause can be due to various causes like local lesions in the cervix or vagina, senile vaginitis, senile changes in the endometrium and rarely endometrium carcinoma of the uterus.
Constant need to urinate and pain in the lower abdomen is suggestive of urinary tract infection.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear, ultrasound and get further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
