Question: i have a dull schy pain on the right side of my abdomen. it comes on grafually and can be painful. it seems to be spreading from my waistline up my right side

hi no constipation. my apetite is normal actually a little above normal. urinary is fine, no vomiting or nausea. the pain will come and go ladting for about 1/2

Going by description of your symptoms it's likely to be non specific colic pain. In the absence of any other symptoms it's unlikely to be serious. I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day
2. High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber in diet.
3. Antispasmodic like Cyclopam pr Drotavarin will help
4. Antacid like Pantoprozole will be helpful
