I'm a 24 year old male.
Brief Answer:
Could be Gastritis or low grade lung infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It could either be Gastritis or some low grade lung infection.
Do you smoke or consume alcohol?
I suggest you get an XRay chest done to rule out any lung causes for the pain.
Stop alcohol, smoking, all spicy or hot foods even hot beverages.
Do not lie down immediately after meals and keep the head end of the bed slightly elevated.
I usually advice my patients Tab Pantoprazole or Cap Omeprazole in the morning half an hour before breakfast. This will take care of any Gastritis problems if there are.
Do let me know the report and if there are any other queries regarding this problem.
Take care,

I do not smoke or drink or eat spicy things
Brief Answer:
Get XRay done and start medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
That is great to know.
I still advice you start the medications and get the XRay done.
The third thing that would come to mind then would be some musculo-skeletal problem like a muscle pull or strain.
An XRay would be of help and an examination by an experienced Surgeon.
