Brief Answer:
Moisturiser and sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
Dullness of skin is common in winter.
I would suggest you apply plenty of moisturiser throughout the day.
Use glycolic acid or salicylic acid based facewash once a day to exfoliate accumulated dead and dry skin.
For better results you can get a series of chemical peels or microdermabrasion from your dermatologist.
Use good sunscreen before going out in sun.
Drink plenty of water and lotd of fresh fruits and vegetables in diet.
I am sure you will be fine with this regimen.
Thanks
Dr Hardik Pitroda
