Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection While On Prednisone
Question: A doctor has prescribed a z-pack and prednisone for a nasty sinus/ear infection. I have just about completed the z-pack, but am scared to death to take the prednisone because of possible side effects. The dosage is the standard 10mg to be taken in the 6-5-4-3-2-1 dosage for six days. Question: is there an alternative way to take it? Six pills in one day worries me.
