Question: SUDDEN EARACHE AND FEELING OF INDIGESTION. NEVER HAD THIS EVER BEFORE. i TOOK A LANZAROPOZEL BEFORE BREAKFAST AND A NAPROXEN WITH PORRIDGE. i SUFFER FROM PSORIATRIC SPONDILOARTHRITIS. i HAD MINCED LAMB AND ONION FOR LUNCH WITH CANELONI BEANS AND ANOTHER NAPROXEN. NOW ABOUT AN HOUR LATER, SUDDEN ONSET OF EARACHE IN RIGHT EAR AND PAINS IN HIGHER STOMACH AREA??

To recapitulate: Female/62 - known Psoriatic Spondyloarthritis - had minced lamb and onion for lunch with caneloni beans and took another Naproxen - had a sudden onset of right earache and feeling of indigestion - pain in higher stomach area. ..
The most probable reasons can be:
Stomach upset due to Naproxen.
Sudden onset of middle ear infection causes such a pain.
This can be evaluated:
Clinical evaluation, examination by a Doctor,
investigations as may be needed.
a course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory that suits stomach.
Continue Lansoprazole.
Antacid if gastritis is suspected.
