Question : Hi.
My alt and ast are elevated. Is it posible be related to a gastric sleeve surgery about 5 weeks ago?

they may be drug induced

frankly
lipitor and metformin both cause raised alt/ast
therefore i wont say that surgery is the cause of raised alt/ast
